Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• Home Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days across Jhargram district.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Store Pickup

You may also place your order online and choose to collect it from our store.

• Store pickup orders must be collected within 3 to 4 days from the date your order is confirmed.
• If the order is not collected within this period, we cannot guarantee that the selected saree will remain reserved, as stock availability depends on customer demand.

Uncollected Orders

If you are unable to collect your order within the specified time:

• Your advance payment will not be forfeited.
• You may choose either:
  • A full refund of your advance payment, or
  • Select another saree of the same value or pay the difference for a different product.
